DAY TRIP TO
SOMBRERO CHINO / SULLIVAN BAY
Thursdays
Small Island located near the south – east coast of Santiago. It has the shape of a Chinese hat when seen from afar. It is one of the most spectacular sites with lava tubes, and pillow lava. Once you disembark here, you will be taken on a walk to see lava lizards, Galapagos sea lions, Sally light foot crabs, marine iguanas, Galapagos tomatoes and Galapagos penguins.
Once we return back to the boat, we will enjoy a cold drink and snacks. Next, you will get ready to go snorkeling from the zodiac. Some things to see while snorkeling include, a great variety of tropical fish, white tip reef sharks, sea lions and hopefully penguins.
